Ester 0190 is a wonderful addition to the Benchmark Donor program. If you are looking for a cow with capacity in a moderate frame yet a sharp feminine front end, here she is. In our estimation 0190 is the right kind of cow for today's industry, moderate in stature, easy fleshing, and very efficient when it comes to raising a calf. Ester 0190 definitely fits our philosophy of weaning at least half of her own weight, when it comes fall time. Sired by the Elite Sire Paramont Ambush 2172, who has 4,500 daughters in production. 2172 is known throughout the industry for producing easy calving, good milking females with terrific qualities. Be sure to check out the EPD's on this genetic gem. Note that Rockn D Ambush 1531 is also sired by 2172, as is Bushwacker. Ester 0190 is from a Sitz Traveler 8180 daughter whose mother is an own daughter of QAS Traveler 23-4 tracing to a wonderful AAR New Trend cow. The future is exciting with the possibilities of this great 2000 model cow. Currently being flushed to EXT, and a few select Gardiner bulls, we are very enthused about what she has to offer. |
