We had a group of breeders and scientists come to the Ranch this summer and it sure was interesting to hear what they had to say. The Korean ideal is a beef that is harvested at over 30 months of age, they prefer a more "beefy" flavor to their beef. Also another trait that they are selecting for is fat, they love fat, the more the better. Rod Wendorff did a demonstration ultrasound and we looked at the entire operation. Great to have people with different ideas come through and it was a real pleasure at the end of the day to sit down and have a wonderful Benchmark Steak at Douro's in Lethbridge."
